I dare say that WCW Nitro is the worst video game licensed by a professional wrestling organisation. WCW Nitro is damn near uncontrollable, looks ugly by the standards of the day and animates awfully. It does feature a few amusing FMV clips of wrestler promos, but WCW Nitro should be avoided at all costs.

WCW/nWo Revenge is one of the best multiplayer games on the Nintendo 64, even though it was superceded by two sequels. It has the dubious honour of being the last good product to bear the WCW name, as everything else WCW touched after 1998 was complete shit.

WCW: The Main Event comes from a time when WCW was in kind of an awkward growth stage, lacking the star power of the WWF, but still offering reasonably good wrestling action. The video games, however, were terrible.
