Sonic 3D: Flickies’ Island (or Sonic 3D Blast in North America) is an isometric Sonic game developed by Traveller’s Tales for the Mega Drive and Saturn in 1996. The Saturn version advertised here was a desperation effort by Sega to cover the gap left in their holiday lineup by the delay and later cancellation of the planned 3D Sonic game, Sonic Xtreme.

I just want to state again, for the record, that A Bug’s Life is a terrible film with absolutely no redeeming qualities beyond the fact that it ends. The game consists entirely of Traveller’s Tales’ brand of rather poor licensed game platforming.

Mickey Mania: The Timeless Adventures of Mickey Mouse is a platformer where each level is based around a classic Mickey Mouse cartoon released between 1928 and 1990. The game was later updated and brought to the PlayStation as Mickey’s Wild Adventure.

Pixar’s worst film, A Bug’s Life, also happens to be a subpar video game. What a surprise!
